3. Membership & Accounts

  • All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
     

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity under your account.

4. Directory Listings & Digital Store

  • Business listings, products, or services shared on our Platform must comply with Kingdom Directory values and guidelines.
     

  • We do not guarantee business outcomes, sales, or exposure. Each business remains solely responsible for its operations, products, and services.
     

  • The Digital Store offers downloadable products, collaborative goods, and resources. All digital purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Sponsorships & Partnerships

  • Sponsored content, advertisements, and collaborations may appear on the Platform.
     

  • Sponsorship arrangements are subject to review and approval to ensure alignment with Kingdom Directory values.
     

  • Sponsorships do not equal endorsement. Businesses and individuals remain responsible for their own claims, products, and services.

6. Acceptable Use & Community Standards

  • By engaging with the Platform, you agree to:

  • Conduct yourself with respect, integrity, and professionalism.
     

  • Avoid posting or sharing offensive, unlawful, or misleading content.
     

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or misuse of the Platform.
     

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
     

  • Violating these standards may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform—including logos, designs, text, graphics, and media—is owned by Kingdom Directory LLC or used under license.
     

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
     

  • Businesses retain ownership of their own submitted content but grant Kingdom Directory a license to display, promote, and distribute it as part of the Platform.

8. Payment & Billing

  • Payments for memberships, sponsorships, or digital products must be made through our designated payment processors.
     

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information.
     

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Kingdom Directory LLC provides a platform for connection and visibility but does not guarantee results or outcomes.
     

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between members, businesses, or third parties.
     

  • Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid, if any, for services directly purchased through our Platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • We make no guarantees about uninterrupted service, accuracy, or outcomes.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the community.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

13. Changes to Terms
